 SVG strokes animated with JavaScript. I originally tried animating with CSS only, but I ended up needing a custom easing curve for each style property I was animating.

I was inspired to create a visual with rings splitting apart after seeing [this animation](https://twitter.com/beesandbombs/status/1215675762352717824) by [@beesandbombs](https://twitter.com/beesandbombs).
