feat(ui): add MIME types for generated archives ( #6959 )

* add MIME types `application/zip` and `application/gzip` to anchors of automatically generated archives.
* add testing for that, and also for https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/pulls/2899
## Why
Many instances are struggling with crawlers that are fetching these links, causing archives to be generated. The content is actually never downloaded.
[MDN describes](https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/a#type ) this attribute as a "hint". So this hint can help a client to decide against fetching the href contents. I don't believe this change will actually improve the situation, however, I think this attribute is nice to have.
## MIME types
It was a bit difficult to determine which are the right ones for this use case.
[IANA lists](https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/media-types.xhtml ) both `application/zip` and `application/gzip`.
`application/zip` refers to [RFC6713](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/html/rfc6713 ) and `application/gzip` doesn't refer to an RFC directly. It also has [detailed information](https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/zip ) about zip. [gzip is less detailed](https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/gzip ).
* [`application/zip`](https://www.iana.org/assignments/media-types/application/zip ):
> ZIP files are binary data and thus should be encoded for MIME mail
transmission.
This was written in 1993, but probably applies to the more modern web as well.
* [`application/gzip`](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/rfc6713 ):
> The 'application/gzip' media type describes a block of data that is
compressed using gzip [RFC1952] compression. The data is a stream of
bytes as described in RFC 1952.
[RFC1952](https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/rfc1952/ ) is a "GZIP file format specification", but there's a warning: "This RFC is not endorsed by the IETF and has no formal standing in the IETF standards process.". Anyway, I consider it as the right way to mark .tar.gz files too.

templates: release: Add JS to set default release title to tag name ( #6645 )

Closes #6485
Adds a bit of javascript in the template responsible for the "create release" page
When typing a name in the "tag name" field, the content will be automatically set in the "Title" field as a placeholder.
This way, you can type a version number (ex: `v5.0.2`), and the title will default to it (`v5.0.2` in this case)

This adds a new options to releases to hide the links to the automatically generated archives. This is useful, when the automatically generated Archives are broken e.g. because of Submodules.
Note:
This juts hides the Archives from the UI. Users can still download 5the Archive if they know t correct URL.

[FEAT] Visual separation between types of attachments

- Add a visual (but still semantic way) separation between Forgejo's
generated attachments and the user's uploaded ones.
- The styling was first done by `ul` element, but is moved to the
individual list items to have better control over them.
- Add tooltip explaining the attachment was generated by Forgejo.
- Remove the tooltip of the other attachments and 'simplify' them into a text.
- Resolves #2893

commits in the commit list, and a more verbose block when viewing a
single tag. Works for both GPG and SSH signed tags.

Migrate font-family to tailwind ( #30118 )

Enable us to use tailwind's
[`font-family`](https://tailwindcss.com/docs/font-family ) classes as
well as remove `gt-mono` in favor of `tw-font-mono`. I also merged the
"compensation" to one selector, previously this was two different values
0.9em and 0.95em. I did not declare a `serif` font because I don't think
there will ever be a use case for those. Command ran:

Refactor some Str2html code ( #29397 )

This PR touches the most interesting part of the "template refactoring".
1. Unclear variable type. Especially for "web/feed/convert.go":
sometimes it uses text, sometimes it uses HTML.
2. Assign text content to "RenderedContent" field, for example: `
project.RenderedContent = project.Description` in web/org/projects.go
3. Assign rendered content to text field, for example: `r.Note =
rendered content` in web/repo/release.go
4. (possible) Incorrectly calling `{{Str2html
.PackageDescriptor.Metadata.ReleaseNotes}}` in
package/content/nuget.tmpl, I guess the name Str2html misleads
developers to use it to "render string to html", but it only sanitizes.
if ReleaseNotes really contains HTML, then this is not a problem.

Each change is tested manually line by line. There are too many changes
so I can't share dozens of screenshots.
In short:
1. `ui right` could be still used in `ui top attached header`, because
there is a special case.
2. A lot of `ui right` are just no-op, so they can be removed safely.
3. Some of the `ui right` should be replaced by `gt-float-right` (to
avoid breaking, leave them to the future).
4. A few of the `ui right` could be rewritten by flex.

Removed CSS helper classes (some of them are not useful while some of
them are abused often)
* `gt-db`: in most cases it could be replaced by `gt-df` and the flex
layout should be encouraged. Other cases: either it does need the
`gt-df` (eg: by using `div` directly) or it is an abuse (eg: the warning
message in a form)
* `gt-di`: it doesn't seem useful, or it could be replaced by `gt-dib`
in most cases.

Agenda:
This PR contains UI fixes for release tag page / wiki page /
subscription page.
Here is the list of changes made in this PR.
1. Release tag page
a. In the New Release page the whole ui got change. Now it is covering
in full page page with mobile view port. Description about the release
the editor preview now has a min-height. and the check boxes for
`Prerelease` and option are left aligned. Couple of divider are added.
2. Subscription page:
a. In the subscription page the ui was distorted in mobile view. Now its
fix. Couple of unused styles were removed.
3. Create Wiki page:-
a. In the page the preview of markdown is now contains a fix min-height
so this it will not distorted in desktop view and a divider is added
before action buttons. Couple of unused styles were removed.

Should look exactly like before for normal dividers. "Horizontal" ones
look better because they no longer use image backgrounds.

Button and color enhancements ( #24989 )

- Various corrections to button styles, especially secondary
- Remove focus highlight, it's annoying when it stays on button after
press
- Clearly define ghost and link buttons with demos in devtest
- Remove black, grey and tertiary buttons, they should not be used
- Make `arc-green` slightly darker

RSS icon fixes ( #24476 )

Fix regression from https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/24471 where
CSS rules for `.icon.grey` were removed which were in use by the RSS
icons.
Gave them their own class instead, removed a wrapper and also fixed
vertical alignment on them. Additionally, did a few related fixes on the
org header for alignment.

fix: release page for empty or non-existing target ( #24470 )

Fixes #24145
To solve the bug, I added a "computed" `TargetBehind` field to the
`Release` model, which indicates the target branch of a release.
This is particularly useful if the target branch was deleted in the
meantime (or is empty).
I also did a micro-optimization in `calReleaseNumCommitsBehind`. Instead
of checking that a branch exists and then call `GetBranchCommit`, I
immediately call `GetBranchCommit` and handle the `git.ErrNotExist`
error.
This optimization is covered by the added unit test.
